It has outstanding uninterrupted sea views which can be enjoyed from the large terraces. This is a very good villa to rent in Cyprus, the location being superb.
Elena villa is situated in a quite cul-de-sac location of similar villas. Furnished in a contemporary style, the villa offers comfortable and luxurious surroundings. The open plan lounge and dining area provides seating for six. T.V. Stereo, DVD & films. The kitchen, with Granite worksurfaces is fully equipped with Washing Machine, dryer, oven/Hob, Microwave, fridge freezer.
All Bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, linen and bathroom towels are provided (not beach towels). Full air conditioning/heating is included in the rental cost.
Outside there are sun loungers, large table and chairs, BBQ and outside lighting. Beautiful garden area, with numerous cyprus plants. The large pool can be Illuminated at night, for a lovely al fresco night dining on the terrace, and to give added ambience.

The beautiful sandy beach of Marlita Bay is only 100 metres from the villa. 15 minutes walk along the coastal path is the famous Fig Tree Bay with its fantastic golden sand and crystal clear waters. The villa is within a five minute walk of local shops, restaurants and bars, 15-20min walk will take you to the heart of Protaras, a more lively area with numerous bars, restaurants, large hotels and nightspots. Paralimni town is approx 5 minutes drive for shopping and large supermarkets. Cape Greko, an area of outstanding natural beauty and a national park can be reached in 10 minutes by car. A mere 20 minutes drive away is the fabulous cosmopolitan town of Ayia Napa.
The villa is located next to the coastal walkway, directly to Fig tree Bay and Protaras centre, which is a lovely 10 or 15 minute stroll. Beautiful location all round and a villa not to be missed. Plenty of bars and restaurants close by plus a local beach within 5 mins walk.
